Eddit-IS Annual Golf Day 2024

On the 8th of March 2024, Eddit-IS hosted its annual charity golf day, an event that has become a cornerstone of our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts. Inaugurated in 2021 on the birthday of our Founder and Managing Director, Gift Mmangaliso Sgam, this event continues to grow in both participation and impact.

The golf day brings together partners, stakeholders, and friends of Eddit-IS for a day of networking, collaboration, and most importantly, giving back. The primary purpose is to collect donations for our adopted charities and to create opportunities for skills acquisition and career exposure for young people in our communities.

Impact and Growth

Over the years, this event has helped us support multiple organisations, including the Tembisa Children's Home, Onkabetse in Vosloorus, and Emmangweni Primary School in Thembisa. The funds and resources raised through the golf day have enabled us to provide food, clothing, branding, websites, and educational support to those who need it most.

We are grateful to all our partners and participants who make this event possible year after year. Together, we are making a tangible difference in the lives of many South Africans.
